Our commitment

I want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

Because my practice provides healthcare, I am particularly conscious that people who most need to reach a doctor may also be those who find websites hardest to use.

What I have done

This website has been built with accessibility in mind. Steps taken include:

- text that can be resized without breaking the layout;
- colour combinations chosen to give readable contrast;
- descriptive alternative text on meaningful images;
- a page structure with headings that can be navigated by screen reader;
- forms with clear, associated labels; and
- a layout that works on desktop, tablet and mobile.

The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Known limitations

I am aware that some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Some features are provided by third-party tools, and I do not control how accessible those are.
